RIABA, Rhode Island Association of Buyer Agents: Welcomes New Members Rachel & Carlton Greene

On March 2, 2002 at the Weaver Library in East Providence, Rachel & Carlton Greene were duly elected members of Rhode Island Association of Buyer Agents. The Rhode Island Association of Buyer Agents, RIABA, consumer-oriented association would like to welcome Rachel & Carlton Greene from North Smithfield, RI, who work at The Buyer’s Choice located in Lincoln, Rhode Island, an Exclusive Buyer Office, which is a unique company that only represents buyers and never takes listings. According to the founders John & Kathleen Corbett, “Members of our association demonstrate Professional Buyer Representation in serving Rhode Island Real Estate Buyers and opposes dual agency.” 

RIABA is an organization, founded by John & Kathleen Corbett. RIABA, was created to provide agency education to real estate agents and the public, to promote single agency concepts, to promote exclusive buyer agencies, and to create a referral network for consumers (buyers)
